Special Ed Schultz Heads Back to the Short Bus

The website Mediaite is reporting MSNBC, NBC News retarded step-sister, is axing everyone's favorite angry white guy, the screaming crazy uncle, Ed Schultz. "Special Ed", known for comments like Jews were not the real target of the Holocaust, it was about the gays, often pulled better ratings then the pointless effeminate droning of  "Chris Hayes and All In" at 8 PM.  But Hayes is a favorite of MSNBC boss Phil Griffin (yeah, we know what's gonna on there, don't we), while the network head has been trying to get rid of crazy Ed for years.

MSNBC had decided months ago that they would be dumping their liberal hosts in favor of people like NBC's milk toast Chuck Todd and a rehabilitated Brian Williams in order to regain some respectability. *cough*  It's said by some that the MSNBC leadership completely mistreated their poor uninformed liberal audience, and when the audience walked away in mass, the network used the declining ratings as an excuse to blame liberals. (I suspect it was their unemployment ran out and they lost the cable service).

The only hosts that seem to not be in the target at the network are some guy named Joe Scarborough and the gender confused little Ricky Maddow.
Al Sharpton, the network's in-house political philosopher and linguistics expert at "Politics Nation with Al Sharpton" has apparently seen the shining glean of the axe blade and announced his own media watchdogg blog called “The Shift Daily”, which he may come to regret the choice of name. (Stay tuned for some hilarity coming from that site).

Hit hardest by the move to remove Special Ed was Presidential Candidate Sen. Bernie Sanders, who blasted MSNBC in a statement for canceling Schultz and removing one of the few voices who would give the nutty fucker a place to vent his socialist nonsense on television:
"I am very disappointed that Comcast chose to remove Ed Schultz from its lineup. We need more people who talk about the real issues facing our country, not fewer.
At a time when a handful of large, multi-national corporations own our major media outlets, I hope they will allow voices to be heard from those who dissent from the corporate media agenda bla bla bla...."
I alway thought Ed missed his calling as a used car salesman.

And the crazy train whistle echoes in the distance.....

Serial Prevaricator Susan Rice

A  Retrospective Defense of U.S. Army Deserter Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl

by Robert Janicki

On Wednesday, the United States Army charged Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl with 'desertion of duty and misbehaving before the enemy', while on duty and serving in Afghanistan in 2009.  Most people understand the concept of desertion, which implies voluntarily leaving an assigned military area without permission or privilege.  Since the trade of the five Taliban military commanders in 2014 for Sgt. Bergdahl, a rising chorus has arisen to indicate that Bergdahl voluntarily left his assigned post in Afghanistan because of his disgust and disdain for America, not a charge to be lightly made, which thus characterized Bergdahl as being at the very least a deserter.

Watch the video of Susan Rice as National Security Adviser to President Obama going on the Sunday TV News talk show circuit when the Obama administration traded five Taliban terrorists for the return of Sgt. Bergdahl back in 2014.  Pay special attention to Rice's comments describing Sgt. Bergdahl as having "served with honor and distinction" while in the Afghanistan theater of operations.  At the time this deal was made, there were comments already being made by those who served with Sgt. Bergdahl accusing him of being no less than a deserter and a traitor.

Now flash forward to the Army announcement on Wednesday charging Sgt. Bergdahl with at least two crimes under the Uniform Code of Military Justice.  Watch the video of the Army news release.

It is now becoming obvious that the trade to return Sgt. Bergdahl was principally made on a political basis. It appears to knowledgable observers that President Obama used the trade opportunity to reduce the Guantanamo Detention Center population by five inmates in a continuing move to reduce the population to the point of being able to close Guantanamo Detention Center through shear attrition of inmates.

Secondly, the Obama administration made the specific decision to use the release of Sgt. Bergdahl as a photo opportunity with Bergdahl's parents in the Rose Garden of the White House.  It would appear that the Obama administration believed that they could get a 'two fer' with this photo op.  The Obama administration wanted to be cast in the role of patriotic savior of Sgt. Bergdahl using the tag line of "no soldier left behind", while being able to point to their political supporters that the administration was working to close the Guantanamo Detention Center, which Obama promised to do in the first month of his administration in 2009.

The Obama administration had to know at the time of the prisoner trade that the circumstances of Sgt. Bergdahl's leaving his post was most probably desertion, since so many soldiers who had served with Sgt. Bergdahl, had already spoken up about the facts of Sgt. Bergdahl leaving his post, which clearly implicated him as a deserter and by extension, a traitor.

What is amazing is the arrogance and hubris of the Obama administration in believing that they could actually get away with using Sgt. Bergdahl as a political pawn and the photo op with Bergdahl's parents as an opportunity to enhance the president's political popularity rating in the polls.

Weed Shopping With MSNBC

A Girls Guide to Scoring Reefer with Ricky Maddow

Our favorite gender confused MSNBC personality, Rachel Maddow, traveled to Denver for a live broadcast Tuesday night. It was just a little weird to watch MSNBC's version of news with an audience applauding and cheering in the background.   The highlight (ha!) of the episode was Maddow’s visit to a dispensary of “recreational meds,” aka “weed,”  “Mary Jane,” “reefer,” or “why Phish had a career.”

She’s introduced to the world of boutique dispensary operation, from the goofy — as she goes down the steps into the store, she notes that it “smells like college” — to the mundane practical challenges of running a business that’s legal under Colorado state  law, but not under national law, which means dispensaries can’t keep their money in banks. It’s funny and informative, and Rachel closes by confirming that, in the state of Colorado, she now knows that she’s “a certified dork.”

Ricky, you've just admitted what we've always believed. You are indeed a real Dick Dork.

If you care to watch, Here is the video.

Ferguson Protesters Angry at WH for Stealing Attention

(Ferguson Mo.- MFNS.) Street protesters in Ferguson are a bit miffed at being pushed off the front page and the media's lack of reporting of their protests now that other stories are stealing the headlines in the countries mainstream news.

Protest Leaders 'Little Pee Pee', Susan X and 'DJ Snoop Doggy Doo'

Spokesman for the protesters, Kwamie Lazulu (aka Little PP), told MFNS that he and other leaders of the neighborhood demonstrations are very much upset and despondent at the diminishing coverage of their grievances and marches against Ferguson's Law Enforcement Agencies and City Officials.

Lazulu and baby mommy, Shaquanda Washington, who have led daily marches in Ferguson believe racism is the cause of being ignored in national news reports. He told our reporter:
"We got the Panthers up in here yellin' about offin' crackers, we be lootin', burglarizing, jackin' 7-11's ...hell we even tried runnin' over some ATF guys today and nothin'.....nothin' but that golf playin' half cracker in DC and that fat ass globe trippin' turnip dancing fashion diva he married to is all we hear bout!  Know what I'm sayin'?  Kanye and Kim's ass....Barack and Michelle. That's all we be hearing bout. And all we got tellin' our story is that little redheaded cracka from GotNews down here..........Come on man.......we down here in the trenches riskin' our lives and EBT cards in the name of Mike......uh....what's that niggas' name again baby........yeah....Mike Brown. It be all about Mike Brown......know what I'm sayin? What we gotta do....get us some Erbola all up in here to get some attention or what?"
The Ferguson protesters plan to continue their efforts this weekend with rallies, a picnic-barbeque, a face painting booth and civil disobedience in and around Ferguson.

NBC News Crew Breaks Ebola Quarantine

Ebola-exposed NBC Crew Placed in Mandatory Isolation

In a deal with the CDC and the New Jersey Health Department, the NBC News crew agreed to stay home and take their temperatures for 21 days after one of their colleagues was diagnosed with the virus.  The team was reporting on the Liberian Ebola outbreak when its cameraman fell ill. The group, which includes the network's chief medical correspondent, Dr. Nancy Snyerman, was asked to isolate itself  for the Ebola's incubation period after their colleague Ashoka Mukpo was diagnosed with the virus earlier this month.

New Jersey health officials ordered a mandatory quarantine for the NBC News crew after one of the group violated the terms of its self-confine agreement. On Friday night, they were all placed in a mandatory quarantine.
"Unfortunately, the NBC crew violated this agreement and so the Department of Health today issued a mandatory quarantine order to ensure that the crew will remain confined until Oct. 22."

The Killing of Cops and Other Footnotes in History

Now that it has been reported that Ferguson Police officer Darren Wilson suffered a serious injury during his confrontation with Michael Brown, and breaking news that his companion Dorian Johnson recanted his media statement, along with the revelations of numerous eyewitness seem to confirm the police account of events are making more and more observers draw an increasingly likely conclusion:

On that fateful Saturday, August 9, Officer Wilson was trying to avoid becoming what cops too often do. A statistic.

“On average, one law enforcement officer is killed in the line of duty somewhere in the United States every 58 hours,” writes the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund. Yet they don’t receive ultimate attention. That’s reserved for the likes of Michael Brown, Trayvon Martin, and Mumia Abu-Jamal — the last of whom murdered a Philadelphia police officer named Daniel Faulkner in 1981.

The reality is that if Brown had killed Officer Wilson 10 days ago, it just would have been a footnote in the news. No high profile racial bias investigation by the DOJ. No intervention by the Attorney General.

Columnist and former Dade County Sheriff s Office police captain Frank Marshall cites three recent deaths:
• July 13th. Detective Melvin Santiago, 23, Jersey City P.D., New Jersey. Ambushed when responding to a robbery call. Killed because he was a cop. Suspect is a black male who was killed on the scene. The suspect’s wife said that more cops should have been killed.
• July 6th. Officer Jeffery Westerfield, 47, Gary Police Department, Indiana. Responded to a domestic disturbance call. He was ambushed, shot in his patrol car as he arrived. Killed on his 47th birthday, he leaves behind four daughters. Another loyal, American officer… killed for being a cop. Suspect was a black male.
• July 5th. Officer Perry Renn, 51, Indianapolis P.D., Indiana. Answered a call about shots being fired in the area. Shot as he arrived. Officer Renn was also an U.S. Army veteran. Killed because he was a cop. Suspect was a black male.
Marshall also adds further perspective:
“At least 120 to 180 officers a year are killed in the line of duty. In 2014, the death toll is on track toward 130 dead officers. Half of those have been killed by gunfire. Most of those are killed because they were a cop. Why don’t we label that bigotry? Hate crime?”
Statistically, 94 percent of all black homicide victims are killed by other blacks, and black Americans are more likely to shoot whites than whites are to shoot blacks. This makes white-on-black homicide a man-bites-dog story relatively speaking, yet that isn’t why the media afford such cases disproportionate coverage. Rather, we’re supposed to believe they are cases of dog bites man — and that the media is the dog catcher.

The White House Soviet Style Control of Media Coverage

Paul Farhi of The Washington Post writes  about a trend at the White House—and throughout journalism—that threatens the quality and credibility of news-gathering: Public-relations "minders" are injecting themselves into our interviews with politicians, CEOs, and other policymakers.

Minder madness joins the surge of "background briefings" and the decline of access to decision-makers as evidence that the White House is manipulating the press. It's that, but it's also something worse: It's evidence that journalists are ceding control when they should be seizing it, accepting canned news rather than breaking it.

Farhi writes:
"Almost every officially sanctioned exchange between reporters and the proverbial 'senior administration officials' is conducted in the presence of a press staffer, even when the interview is 'on background,' meaning the source will not be identified by name."
Journalists tend to view minders with suspicion, if not outright alarm. A third party can alter any interaction in unforeseen ways. One White House reporter notes with irritation that minders have sometimes cut off contentious questioning or otherwise interrupted the flow of conversation.
More broadly, journalists see it as part of a larger official effort to shape their coverage, similar to demands to approve quotes before they're published or to keep even the most mundane information off the record.
If you have a minder there, it sits in [a source's] brain that they're supposed to stay on message," said Peter Baker, who covers the White House for the New York Times. "They're less likely to share something other than the talking points." Having minders around, Baker says, "is obviously intended to control the message. Let's put it this way: It's not intended to increase candor."
Anonymous sources are a crucial way to uncover news that governments, corporations, and other institutions seek to cover up.  Briefings with anonymous sources ("on background") arranged by these entities can occasionally be revealing. Not all stories require access to a decision-maker, and conducting an interview with a PR "minder" in the room doesn't have to curb the journalistic experience.

Enough of This Talk of Bad Optics

If I hear another pundit talk about the bad optics hurting President Obama while Israel kills terrorists and people are murdered by Russian-trained military terrorists or while south-of-the-border cartels ignore the Tex-Mex border, I’ll scream.

This isn’t about the optics of going on one fundraising junket after another. This isn’t about whether Barack Obama can stay in touch with his national security team.

Obama is justifiably getting hammered because he appears to be indifferent to solving the nation’s biggest crises. When Jennifer Palmieri says that President Obama didn’t want to change his schedule because he didn’t want to give “the American people…a false sense of crisis”, she’s reading from the President's delusional script. I’m not worried about false crises. I’m interested in the real crises that Barack Obama is ignoring.

This wouldn’t be a topic of conversation if Americans got the sense that we had a president that (a) took his job seriously or (b) knew how to handle these foreign policy crises. Clearly, he’s in over his head. Clearly, he thinks that the world is better off without the United State throwing its weight around. It’s one thing for the White House press secretary talks about the tranquil world we’re living in. It’s another when our Secretary of State parrots that notion.

Meanwhile, Commander Zero meanders from hamburger shop to burger joint, from coffee shop to coffee shop while chatting with “ordinary folks.” What’s needed is a leader who understands that the world needs the United State to bring moral clarity to these crises. The world is a terrible, frightening neighborhood when appeasers like Barack Obama pull the United States from the world stage.

Meet The Angry, Violent Face Of Leftist America

The Lovely and Vivacious Ms. Cecily McMillan
DownTrend
Cecily McMillan is the face of leftist America.
Angry, violent and narcissistic, the New York “activist” was arrested again for making death threats against two NYPD officers trying to apprehend turnstile jumpers. After being taken into custody, the New York Post reports McMillan hissed: “You don’t know who I am! Wait until you figure it out! You probably don’t have kids or a wife, but if you do, I’ll kill them!
She had already been convicted in 2012 for punching an officer and spent two months in Rikers Island. After her release, she’s become a cause célèbre for liberals who find it necessary to make a name for themselves.
After being held in custody for a few hours, she complained that she was wearing a “botanist dress” (whatever that is) and demanded a change of clothing.
“This is a cocktail dress to be worn only standing up maximum four hours! I had three to four people that helped me get into this dress. The NYPD, you must supply me with clothing!”
During the recent scuffle, she told the turnstile-jumpers: “You don’t have to talk to them. Don’t pay any attention to them. They did not identify themselves. I know the law. I’m a lawyer. Don’t cooperate with them.
Cecily McMillan is not a lawyer.
A “New School” Graduate, McMillan also participated in the anti-Gov. Scott Walker protests in Wisconsin and is a proud member of the Democratic Socialists of America."
Isn’t she a sweetheart? Guys: I hear she’s single!

Another Great Statistic for Obama to Be Proud of......

The state of free press in the U.S. is bad, according to the 2014 World Press Freedom Index compiled by Reporters Without Borders. The U.S. was ranked 46th among the 180 nations surveyed, falling 13 places since last year. And what would be the biggest reason the "Home of the Free" continues to fall in comparison to the rest of the world?

In 2013, it came to light that the Justice Department had secretly obtained phone logs of Associated Press reporters, monitored the personal email account for FOX News reporter James Rosen in order to discover officials speaking to the press, and subpoenaed James Risen of The New York Times to testify against a former CIA employee accused of leaking classified information. Obama said in May 2013 that he was "troubled" at the possible overreach by the Justice Department and ordered the agency to review its guidelines on dealing with press investigations and quietly pushed the matter into the shadows.

The Obama White House has been accused of shielding the President from the press by not allowing the White House Press Corps sufficient access to photograph and question Obama during his official duties. Tightly controlled press conferences and staged photo-ops are now the norm.

New York Times Former Executive Editor Jill Abramson told Al Jazeera America in late January:
"I would say it is the most secretive White House that I have ever been involved in covering. The Obama administration has had seven criminal leak investigations, more than twice the number of any previous administration in our history. It's on a scale never seen before."
The World Press Freedom Index is based on the answers to a questionnaire from partner nongovernmental organizations from each respective country. The questionnaire measures pluralism, media independence, environment and self-censorship, legislative framework, transparency and infrastructure.

The very institution that has supported and shielded the Obama Administration at all cost recognizes that the Freedom of the Press is being eroded, yet continue to remain intimidated and like the condemned, blindly carrying the ax to they own execution.

CNN Tells Republicans Go Sell Crazy Somewhere Else

CNN boss Jeff Zucker has let it be known that his network won’t be bullied by Fox News into covering Benghazi and that CNN won’t be covering Benghazi unless it becomes legitimate news. During a recent interview, CNN boss Jeff Zucker said, “We’re not going to be shamed into it by others who have political beliefs that want to try to have temper tantrums to shame other news organizations into covering something,” he said. “If it’s of real news value, we’ll cover it.”

This came from the man who runs a network that spend endless weeks obsessing over a missing airplane.

What Zucker was saying is that if Benghazi were to become a legitimate news story, CNN would cover it, but right now, Benghazi isn’t newsworthy, so no matter how much Fox News screams at the top of their lungs, CNN won’t be covering the story.

How Dare They Dispute the King

Truth Revolt
A 24-year-old White House official monitors and flags tweets from reporters that the White House may disagree with, according to an article by Yahoo published Thursday.
Jessica Allen is tasked with monitoring the social media platform for tweets that push a narrative contrary to the White House's agenda. Allen then flags the conflicting tweets, and sends them up the Communications office food chain to all of President Obama's top aides, including chief of staff Denis McDonough, White House counsel Kathy Ruemmler, White House press secretary Jay Carney, and senior advisor and frequent media personality Dan Pfeiffer:
“The result? Reporters who regularly cover Obama have become familiar with seemingly out-of-the-blue emails or telephone calls from officials taking issue with their tweets — often thoughtfully and constructively, sometimes with obscenity-laced yelps of outrage.
Yahoo reports that many reporters who cover the White House hear regularly from White House officials who push back against the narrative of their stories.
CBS correspondent Mark Knoller says he has received "a few rockets" from Carney over his social media offerings, which occasionally cause him to edit the tweet, or the story itself.

Behind the Scenes the Finger Pointing is Already Started

Left-wing Loonies like Sen. Elizabeth Warren are taking heat from centrist democrats

Little Harry Reid railing against the Koch Brothers, phony OBamaCare numbers, media drum beating and fake job numbers aren't going to overcome the public perceptions of a government gone awry; a bad economy, Obama fatigue, and scandal and lies of left- wing loonies that dominate the democrat party and government. With a shellacing in the mid-terms looming, dems are in disarray and blaming each other for the noose they placed their own necks in:
"Bracing for a rough midterm-election outcome, Democrats aren't waiting until Election Day to start blaming one another for the party's problems. Anticipating the possibility that Republicans will flip the Senate, the finger-pointing game is already underway between the party's warring factions.
Earlier this month, Daily Kos founder Markos Moulitsas argued liberals had successfully purged so-called squishy moderates from the Democratic Party's ranks—even if those same lawmakers had helped the party retain conservative-leaning Senate and House seats. From the middle, the centrist Democratic think tank Third Way has become more outspoken in criticizing progressive leaders, including Sen. Elizabeth Warren and New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio, for advocating an agenda that will compromise the party's ability to attract moderate voters.
The public spats between outside groups are nothing compared with the private finger-pointing over who could be responsible if Republicans ride a political wave this year.
In Third Way cofounder Matt Bennett's telling, it wasn't a lack of populism that caused the party's problems. It was an incessant focus on class-war rhetoric in 2013 that repelled some voters.
"Democrats lost touch with the middle class," he said. "We engaged in arguments that have intellectual but not emotional resonance. "

Frankly, it's news to me that there are any 'centrist' still in the democrat party.

VOX.com: Here to Explain the News to Stupid People

We all know the name Ezra Klein, darling of the left, WAPO columnist and MSNBC contributer, and if you been paying attention you know the name Matthew Yglesias, dubbed by many the Internet's version of Pee Wee Herman with a keyboard. Seems they and a few others have joined forces to"Explain the News" to, I suppose, the low info Obama voters of the world. I can't imagine another group who would have to have a news story "Explained" to them like a autistic child. But then again, we are talking about people who have limited brain capacity when it comes to facts.

From the Vox Website:
"Vox is a general interest news site for the 21st century. Its mission is simple: Explain the news......"
"The media is excellent at reporting the news and pretty good at adding commentary atop the news. What’s lacking is an organization genuinely dedicated to explaining the news. That is to say, our end goal isn’t telling you what just happened, or how we feel about what just happened, it’s making sure you understand what just happened......"
Explain means to comprehend. This is not a trait of the low information voter. I suspect what we have here is just going to be an Orwellian leftwing truth squad, dedicated to one side of an issue in the guise of the factual sincerity and integrity for people to unintelligent to think for themselves.

So much for Equality. So much for Progress.

"What I find most wretched about all this is that the more tolerant society becomes, the more desperate the race and gender hustlers become. In their determination to keep their pet victims from escaping the reservation, they spread resentment and division, and deny people an opportunity to be treated as equals. As for those of us who decry the creation of designated victim groups, our stock has steadily fallen over the years. As Thomas Sowell put it: “If you have always believed that everyone should play by the same rules and be judged by the same standards, that would have gotten you labeled a radical 50 years ago, a liberal 25 years ago, and a racist today.” - Russell Taylor

The Media’s Blind Worship Of Hillary Already Making Them Look Stupid

"If a recent column about Hillary Clinton, I expect better from Hillary Clinton” by Sun Sentinel op-ed writer Gary Stein is any indication of how far the media will go in its blind worship of her, this year should be entertaining.
Wringing his hands and whining, Stein lamented that his hero actually made a statement comparing Vladimir Putin to Adolph Hitler. Stein is unabashed in his love for Hillary; and although he is a “non-partisan” member of the media, since Hillary IS a Democrat, he loves her regardless of what she does.

So how did Hillary upset Stein? “She used the Hitler comparison,” which in his world can only be done after someone has murdered millions of people. Anything less in Stein’s universe is “lazy hyperbole.”
He goes on to make sure that we all understand that he loves Hillary and is really only making his comments to help her be a more perfect being, so he points out that Hillary is “very smart.” That acts as a shield against charges that he has been disloyal to the Democrat goddess. If he had left the matter at that point, he would have just loved like a lovesick Democrat sycophant no different from most other Democrat sycophants; but he had to press on.
Stein goes on, imploring all of us to “read your history books, folks.” In doing so, he completely casts aside the old adage that says “Better to be thought a fool and remain silent than to speak and remove all doubt.” Stein is obviously so dense that he seems to believe that Hitler committed all of his atrocities on the first day he came to power. He clearly has no idea that Hitler marched into Austria’s Sudetenland to “liberate ethnic Germans living in oppression under Austrian rule,” and that Putin has said he is going into Ukraine to “liberate ethnic Russians.”
This fool Stein wants us to read history; but in his rush to perfect Hillary Clinton’s public image, he wants her to stop saying “[This is like] what Hitler did back in the ’30s” when talking about Russian thug Vladimir Putin. Lying about history seems to hold a certain charm for Democrats."

The Clinton Defense Break Huddle

by Rob Long

Get ready. For the next couple of years, the lickspittle press will begin removing itself, slowly so as not to cause discomfort, from the posterior of the current president and wedging itself into position for the 2016 presidential campaign, in which it has already chosen a favorite.
For instance, reacting to the deep dive into the recently released "Hillary Clinton papers" — diaries written by the late, longtime Clinton friend Diane Blair — in the Free Beacon — Joe Klein plants himself firmly into the sweet spot. From Time:

"In February of 1998, in the midst of the Monica Lewinsky scandal, I interviewed Diane Blair about her dear friend Hillary Clinton.
Blair was ill then, suffering from cancer, but she was vehement about two things: that Hillary was a dynamite friend–smart, funny, thoughtful and loyal–and that the Clintons had a real marriage. She told me a story about the two of them getting into a wild, screaming fight over some obscure policy issue, a fight so intense that she was beginning to get embarrassed and thought about making for the door…when Bill took Hillary’s face in his hands, looked over to Blair and said, “Isn’t she amazing?”
Love. Exciting and New. Come Aboard. We're Expecting You!
Oh, and one other thing: She loves her husband. The marriage is not a “partnership.” She loves the guy.
And now we're going to have to pretend to believe that they believe that the Clintons believe this. I'm dizzy already.
