Buzzi Ginsberg Tells Libs to Kiss It, Ain't Going Nowhere

In an interview with Katie Couric, Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg rejects the call of some liberals for her to step down. Some say if Ginsburg waits until 2016 to announce her retirement, there is a real chance that Republicans would delay the confirmation process of her replacement.
"Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg should retire from the Supreme Court after the completion of the current term in June. She turned 81 on Saturday and by all accounts she is healthy and physically and mentally able to continue. But only by resigning this summer can she ensure that a Democratic president will be able to choose a successor who shares her views and values."
Ginsberg is 81 years old. She says she’s likely to remain on the bench for a very long time but expects to stay at least until she’s 82. A year or less is not a long time, even in old people time when fear of the Grim Reaper is ever present.

Ginsberg told Couric the male justices have a “blind spot” when it comes to women’s issues. The not-too-subtle implication is that men are incapable of sound jurisprudence when a decision involves anything woman-related. Under this typical liberal line of thought, I wonder if Ginsberg would excuse herself from any case involving men’s issues. If men can’t think clearly about womanly things, surely the same is true for female interpretations of manly things, right?

It's understandable that liberals would like to allow Obama to appoint another awesome leftist non-constitutionalist justice right now while the Democrats still control the Senate, to guarantee that the next justice who sits in that chair is the kind of judge who makes us vomit in our mouths instead of some fire breathing consitutionalist without a Ivy League indoctrination.

But as for now, Buzzi will contuine the good fight to save gravity, abortion, Mother Earth and taking away our guns.

  2. At her age she's learned a lot. Oh if only a little of it could be the Constitution.

  3. Ain't it great, someone with full blown dementia sitting on the SCOTUS. I mean look at the president, the vice-president, Pols like Pelosi, Boxer, Lee, Waters, Rangel, Reid, Durbin, Boehner, McConnell, Hoyer and Feinstein to name a few, we're SCREWED.
